For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve an antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

LIPG (Lipase G, Endothelial type) is an endothelial lipase and a novel member of the lipoprotein lipase gene family. It is synthesized by endothelial cells and functions locally to modulate lipoprotein metabolism.
Overexpression of LIPG reduces HDL cholesterol levels, while deficiency increases HDL levels in animal models. LIPG exhibits phospholipase activity and plays roles in lipoprotein metabolism and vascular biology.
It belongs to the TG lipase family, characterized by a lid region conferring substrate specificity. LIPG hydrolyzes HDL, emulsifies triglycerides, aids dietary fat digestion, and can bind to heparin.
