Target Information
SDCCAG3, also named NY-CO-3, is identified as serologically defined colon cancer antigen-3. It is an endosomal protein involved in the regulation of cytokinesis and modulation of TNF response. This gene has four isoforms with molecular weights of 40–50 kDa.
