Target Information
CACNA2D4는 전압 의존성 칼슘 채널 복합체의 알파-2/델타 서브유닛 계열에 속하는 단백질입니다. 칼슘 채널은 막 탈분극 시 세포 내로 칼슘 이온의 유입을 매개하며, α1, α2/δ, β, γ 서브유닛이 1:1:1:1 비율로 구성된 복합체를 형성합니다.
이 단백질은 α2와 δ 서브유닛으로 절단될 수 있으며, 다양한 전사적 스플라이스 변형체가 존재하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
