Target Information
GBA3 (cytosolic beta-glucosidase, EC 3.2.1.21)는 주로 간에서 발현되며 β-D-glucoside와 β-D-galactoside를 효율적으로 가수분해합니다. 생리적 β-glycoside에는 작용하지 않아 식물성 glycoside의 해독 과정에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다. 또한 GBA3는 중성 glycosylceramidase 활성(EC 3.2.1.62)을 가지며, glucosylceramide 대사의 비리소좀성 경로에 관여할 수 있습니다.
