- In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human HS3ST4, HS2ST1, HS6ST1, and recombinant mouse HS6ST3 is observed.
- Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.2 mg/mL.

HS3ST3B1은 heparan sulfate 생합성 효소 계열에 속하는 type II integral membrane 단백질로, heparan sulfate glucosaminyl 3-O-sulfotransferase 활성을 가집니다.
이 효소의 sulfotransferase 도메인은 HS3ST3A1과 높은 상동성을 가지며, 두 효소 모두 동일한 이당류를 황산화합니다.
이 유전자는 간과 태반에서 가장 풍부하게 발현되며, 다양한 heparan sulfate 구조를 형성하여 여러 생물학적 기능을 수행하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다.
