재구성 시 멸균 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도를 약 1 mg/mL로 맞추는 것을 권장합니다.
Conjugation 실험용으로 carrier-free 항체를 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것을 권장합니다.
Target Information
CYP2A6 유전자는 cytochrome P450 효소군의 일원으로, 약물 대사 및 콜레스테롤, 스테로이드, 지질 합성에 관여하는 monooxygenase 역할을 합니다.
이 단백질은 소포체에 위치하며, phenobarbital에 의해 발현이 유도됩니다.
Coumarin hydroxylation, nicotine, aflatoxin B1, nitrosamines 및 일부 약물의 대사에 관여합니다.
특정 대립유전자를 가진 개인은 coumarin이나 nicotine 대사가 효율적이지 않은 poor metabolizer phenotype을 가질 수 있습니다.
CYP2A, CYP2B, CYP2F 아형 유전자들이 포함된 염색체 19q 영역에 위치하며, 과거에는 CYP2A3으로 불렸으나 현재는 CYP2A6으로 명명되었습니다.
