Target Information
CARD6 encodes a protein containing a caspase recruitment domain (CARD), an antiparallel six-helical bundle mediating homotypic protein-protein interactions. This microtubule-associated protein interacts with receptor-interacting protein kinases and positively modulates signal transduction pathways leading to activation of the inducible transcription factor NF-κB.
