Thermo Fisher Scientific pJTI™ R4 Dest CMV N-EmGFP pA Vector
The pJTI™ R4 Dest CMV N-EmGFP pA vector enables expression of a gene of interest as an N-terminal Emerald Green Fluorescent Protein (EmGFP) fusion in a Jump-In™ parental cell line.
When used with a Jump-In™ parental cell line kit (e.g., Jump-In™ GripTite™ HEK293 cell line, Cat. No. A14150), it allows creation of isogeneic stable cell lines with less effort and time compared to traditional engineering methods.
The Gateway™ technology improves cloning efficiency for introducing the gene of interest (GOI) into the Gateway™-ready vector.
High retargeting efficiency via R4 sites enables use of isogenic pools for further experiments without clonal selection or facilitates easy selection of positive stable clones expressing the N-terminal EmGFP fusion.
