Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
PSRC1 is required for normal progression through mitosis. It is essential for chromosome congression at the metaphase plate and proper chromosomal segregation during anaphase. It regulates mitotic spindle dynamics by increasing microtubule turnover on metaphase spindles and contributes to tension generation across sister kinetochores. PSRC1 recruits KIF2A and ANKRD53 to the mitotic spindle and spindle poles and may play a role in p53/TP53-regulated growth suppression.
