Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The ADI1 gene encodes an enzyme belonging to the aci-reductone dioxygenase family of metal-binding enzymes involved in methionine salvage.
This enzyme may regulate mRNA processing in the nucleus and perform different functions depending on its localization.
A pseudogene located on chromosome 20 has been identified for this gene.
