Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Prostaglandin inactivation enzyme contributing to the regulation of prostaglandin-controlled events. Catalyzes the NAD-dependent dehydrogenation of lipoxin A4 to form 15-oxo-lipoxin A4. Inhibits in vivo proliferation of colon cancer cells.
