Target Information
WNT3는 WNT 유전자 패밀리에 속하며, 분비형 신호 단백질을 암호화하는 구조적으로 관련된 유전자군입니다. 이 단백질들은 종양 발생과 배아 발생 중 세포 운명 및 패턴 형성 조절 등 다양한 발달 과정에 관여합니다. NT2 기형암 세포주에서의 발현 연구에 따르면, 레티노산에 의해 유도되는 NT2 세포의 초기 신경 분화 과정에 관련될 수 있습니다. 이 유전자는 염색체 17q21 영역에서 WNT3A와 함께 클러스터되어 있습니다.
