Target Information
USP10 (Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 10) is a member of the ubiquitin-specific protease family of cysteine proteases.
It catalyzes the cleavage of ubiquitin from ubiquitin-conjugated protein substrates such as p53/TP53, SNX3, and CFTR.
USP10 is identified as a subunit of DNA-bound androgen receptor complexes and may influence AR complex activity.
It also regulates p53/TP53 stability and is considered a potential tumor suppressor.
