Target Information
USP10 (Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 10) is a member of the ubiquitin-specific protease family of cysteine proteases. It catalyzes the cleavage of ubiquitin from conjugated protein substrates such as p53/TP53, SNX3, and CFTR.
USP10 is a subunit of DNA-bound androgen receptor (AR) complexes and may regulate AR activity. It also acts as a key regulator of p53/TP53 stability and is considered a potential tumor suppressor.
