Target Information
Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and have well-characterized specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins. They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of target antibodies. Secondary antibodies provide versatility for various detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity through signal amplification. Typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, then purified and modified to yield highly specific reagents.
