For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The PKC family of serine/threonine kinases, including PRKCE (PKC epsilon), is activated by intracellular signal transduction pathways. In humans, at least 12 PKC isoforms have been identified, differing in structure, localization, and substrate specificity.
PKC alpha, beta I, beta II, and gamma form the conventional PKC family, which are Ca²⁺- and phospholipid-dependent. PKC enzymes phosphorylate various protein targets and play key roles in diverse cellular signaling pathways. They also act as receptors for phorbol esters, a class of tumor promoters. Each PKC isoform exhibits distinct expression and functional roles within cells.
