For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

TSEN15 is a non-catalytic subunit of the tRNA-splicing endonuclease complex, responsible for identifying and cleaving splice sites in pre-tRNA.
It releases introns and generates two tRNA half-molecules with 2',3'-cyclic phosphate and 5'-OH termini.
Although splice site sequences vary, the intron position is conserved, maintaining a constant distance from tRNA structural features.
This complex also interacts with pre-mRNA 3'-end processing factors, linking tRNA splicing and mRNA processing, suggesting multifunctional roles in RNA metabolism.
