Target Information
Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases는 tRNA에 해당 아미노산을 결합시키는 효소 계열로, Lysyl-tRNA synthetase는 세포질에 존재하는 homodimer 형태의 class II tRNA synthetase입니다. 이는 인간 자가면역질환인 다발성근염(polymyositis) 및 피부근염(dermatomyositis)에서 자가항체의 표적이 될 수 있음이 보고되었습니다.
이 유전자는 다양한 isoform을 암호화하는 alternative splicing 변이체를 포함합니다.
