Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
Histones play a critical role in transcriptional regulation, cell cycle progression, and developmental events. Histone acetylation and deacetylation alter chromosome structure and affect transcription factor access to DNA. The HDAC7 gene encodes a protein homologous to histone deacetylase family members, involved in transcriptional repression via the SMRT corepressor. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
