Target Information
LILRB3 유전자는 leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor (LIR) 패밀리의 구성원으로, 염색체 영역 19q13.4에 위치합니다. 이 단백질은 B 클래스 LIR 수용체 하위군에 속하며, 2~4개의 세포외 immunoglobulin 도메인, 막관통 도메인, 그리고 2~4개의 ITIM (immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs)을 포함합니다. 면역세포에서 발현되어 항원제시세포의 MHC class I 분자와 결합하며, 면역 반응을 억제하는 음성 신호를 전달합니다. 염증 반응 및 세포독성 조절에 관여하여 자가반응을 제한하고 면역 반응을 조절합니다. 다양한 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
