Target Information
ROR gamma는 ROR/RZR 고아 핵수용체 아형에 속하는 560개의 아미노산으로 구성된 새로운 DNA 결합 전사인자입니다. 리간드 활성화 전사인자로서 림프기관 형성(림프절 및 파이어판)에 필수적이며, 흉선세포 생성 과정에서 세포자멸사(apoptosis)를 조절하는 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 Fas ligand 및 IL2의 발현을 억제하고, 염증성 IL-17+ T 헬퍼 세포의 분화 프로그램을 조절합니다. ROR gamma는 RORA 및 RORB와 50~51%의 서열 동일성을 가지며, 마우스 ROR gamma와는 88% 동일합니다. 골격근에서 높은 수준으로 발현되며, 기타 여러 조직에서는 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다.
