Biofilm DNA Isolation Kit는 다양한 종류의 biofilm 및 biofilm 형성 세균으로부터 genomic DNA를 빠르고 간편하게 분리할 수 있도록 설계된 제품입니다.
열처리, 계면활성제 및 제공된 Bead Tube를 이용하여 DNA를 효율적으로 추출하며, biofilm 내 존재하는 PCR 억제물(예: humic acid)을 효과적으로 제거합니다.
정제된 DNA는 모든 제한효소로 완전히 절단 가능하며, PCR 및 Southern blot 등의 후속 응용에 적합합니다. 단일 샘플 준비 시간은 45분 미만이며, 키트 1세트로 50회 분리가 가능합니다.
