The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
TLE1 is a transcriptional corepressor that binds to various transcription factors. It inhibits NF-kappa-B-regulated gene expression and transcriptional activation mediated by FOXA2, CTNNB1, and TCF family members in Wnt signaling. Full-length TLE family members may be modulated by association with dominant-negative AES. It also functions as a coactivator for ESRRG.
