Target Information
DR5 (Apo2, TRAIL-R2, TRICK2, KILLER)는 TRAIL에 의해 유도되는 세포사멸(apoptosis)을 매개하는 death domain을 포함한 수용체입니다. TNF-receptor superfamily에 속하며, TNFSF10/TRAIL/APO-2L에 의해 활성화되어 apoptosis 신호를 전달합니다. FADD가 결핍된 마우스 연구에서 DR5 매개 세포사멸에 FADD 단백질이 필요함이 밝혀졌습니다. DR5는 여러 세포 유형에서 발현되며, 특히 림프구와 비장에서 높은 수준으로 발현됩니다. DR5 기능 이상은 편평세포암 및 림프구 침윤 증후군 등과 관련이 있습니다.
