Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

MCM2 (Mini chromosome maintenance protein 2) is involved in regulating DNA replication.
MCM2 (also known as CDCL1, mitotin, and BM28) is a human nuclear protein crucial for the cell cycle, participating in the initiation of DNA replication and cell division.
It is related to early S-phase proteins and has been mapped to chromosome 3q21.
Due to its localization, CDCL1 has been considered a candidate oncogene affected by chromosomal breaks in acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
