Target Information
SMOC2 유전자는 SPARC(Secreted Protein Acidic and Rich in Cysteine) 패밀리에 속하는 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 배아 발생 및 상처 치유 과정에서 높은 발현을 보이며, 세포외 기질 형성, 혈관 내피세포의 증식 및 이동을 촉진합니다. 또한 심근 허혈 및 종양 성장에서 혈관신생 조절의 잠재적 표적이 될 수 있습니다. SMOC2 단백질은 Kazal 도메인, 두 개의 thymoglobulin type-1 도메인, 두 개의 EF-hand 칼슘 결합 도메인을 포함하며, 대체 스플라이싱으로 여러 전사체 변이가 생성됩니다.
