Target Information
Perforin은 세포독성 과립의 주요 단백질 중 하나로, 세포막에 구멍을 형성하여 세포 용해를 유도하는 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 세포독성 림프구에 의해 분비되어 종양 및 바이러스 감염 세포에 대한 면역 방어에 관여합니다. Perforin은 555개의 아미노산으로 구성되며, 21 아미노산 길이의 신호 펩타이드를 포함하고 분자량은 약 70–75 kDa입니다. C9과 유사한 막관통 채널 형성 메커니즘을 가지며, 주로 킬러 세포 라인에서 발현됩니다. Perforin 유전자 결함은 가족성 혈구탐식성 림프조직구증 2형(HPLH2)을 유발할 수 있습니다.
