Target Information
KLRB1 (Killer cell lectin like receptor subfamily B, member 1, CD161) 단백질은 외부 C-말단을 가진 type II 막단백질로, 거의 모든 NK 세포와 일부 CD3+ T 세포에서 발현됩니다.
이 단백질은 40–44 kDa의 두 사슬로 구성된 호모다이머 형태의 세포 표면 단백질이며, NK 세포의 억제 역할을 합니다.
KLRB1 활성화는 acid sphingomyelinase/SMPD1 자극 및 세라마이드 증가, AKT1/PKB와 RPS6KA1/RSK1 키나아제 활성화, anti-CD3에 의한 T 세포 증식을 유도합니다.
또한 Gal-α(1,3)Gal 및 N-acetyllactosamine 말단 탄수화물, CLEC2D/LLT1 리간드에 결합하여 NK 세포 매개 세포독성과 인터페론-감마 분비를 억제합니다.
KLRB1 단백질은 C-type lectin 특유의 모티프를 포함하는 세포외 도메인, 막관통 도메인, 세포질 도메인을 가집니다.
