Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
S100 family proteins are calcium-binding proteins similar to calmodulin and troponin C.
S100A consists of an alpha and beta chain, while S100B has two beta chains.
S100 proteins are expressed in antigen-presenting cells such as Langerhans cells in the skin and interdigitating reticulum cells in lymph node paracortex.
