Target Information

Poly-ADP-ribosyltransferase involved in various processes such as Wnt signaling pathway, telomere length regulation, and vesicle trafficking.
Acts as an activator of the Wnt signaling pathway by mediating poly-ADP-ribosylation (PARsylation) of AXIN1 and AXIN2, leading to their ubiquitination and degradation.
Also mediates PARsylation of BLZF1, CASC3, TERF1, and HEPACAM2/MIKI, influencing telomere maintenance and centrosome maturation.
May regulate vesicle trafficking and spindle pole assembly, and stimulates 26S proteasome activity.
