Thermo Scientific Pierce Biotin Coated Plates can be used in any immunoassay with Thermo Scientific NeutrAvidin Biotin-Binding Protein, streptavidin, avidin, or other biotin-binding proteins.

Features of Biotin Coated Plates:

• Biotin group accessible for binding avidin or streptavidin
• Pre-blocked to reduce nonspecific binding
• Strip well plate format for the ultimate in convenience
• Coat volume: 200 μL
• Blocking volume: 300 μL

Biotin coated plates can be used as the basis for a variety of biomolecular assay techniques requiring the immobilization of probes that are conjugated with streptavidin, avidin, or other biotin-binding proteins.
