Target Information
FLRT1 encodes a member of the fibronectin leucine-rich transmembrane protein (FLRT) family, which may function in cell adhesion and receptor signaling. These proteins resemble small leucine-rich proteoglycans in the extracellular matrix. FLRT1 shares sequence similarity with FLRT2 and FLRT3 and is expressed in kidney and brain.
