Target Information
Anti-Chicken secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for chicken immunoglobulins. They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of their specified target.
Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification.
Typically, they are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation, etc.) to yield highly specific reagents.
