Target Information
USP11 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 11), also known as UHX1, is a 920 amino acid deubiquitinating enzyme involved in the ubiquitin pathway. It localizes to the nucleus and interacts with Ran BP-M and tumor suppressor BRCA2. USP11 regulates ubiquitination of these proteins and may play a role in tumor suppression and certain X-linked retinal diseases.
