Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a protein containing a CDGSH iron-sulfur domain that binds a redox-active [2Fe-2S] cluster.
The protein localizes to the outer mitochondrial membrane and is involved in oxidation regulation.
Homologous genes are found on chromosomes 4 and 17, and a pseudogene exists on chromosome 2.
