Target Information
Cytokeratin 15는 케라틴 유전자 패밀리의 구성원으로, 상피세포의 구조적 안정성을 담당하는 중간 필라멘트 단백질입니다.
케라틴은 Cytokeratin과 Hair Keratin으로 구분되며, 대부분의 Type I Cytokeratin은 산성 단백질로 구성되어 이종성 케라틴 체인 쌍을 형성합니다.
이들은 염색체 17q21.2 영역에 클러스터로 존재합니다.
