ARF6 (ADP-ribosylation factor 6) is a broadly expressed, differentially regulated GTPase that is present in the cytoplasm and on both cell-surface and intracellular membranes. Its functions may include tissue-specific effects on vesicular trafficking during cellular differentiation.
