Target Information
Anti-Mouse 2차 항체는 마우스 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성을 가진 친화 정제 항체로, 검출·분류·정제 등에 유용합니다. HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 결합할 수 있으며, 여러 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합하여 신호를 증폭시켜 높은 감도를 제공합니다. 대부분의 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역시켜 생성되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등을 통해 고특이성 시약으로 정제됩니다.
