This antibody reacts with mouse IgG and not mouse IgG Fab as determined by IEP and ELISA techniques.
This antibody may cross-react with IgG from other species.

Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target.
Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility, enabling use with multiple detection systems (e.g. HRP, AP, fluorescence) and provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification.
These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g. immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to create highly specific reagents.
