Target Information
Cyclosporin A는 T-cell receptor(TCR)로부터의 칼슘 의존 신호를 차단하여 T-cell 활성화를 억제합니다. Cyclophilin B에 결합 시 Cyclosporin A는 calcineurin을 비활성화합니다. CAMLG 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 Cyclophilin B에 결합하여 TCR 하류 및 calcineurin 상류에서 칼슘 유입을 유도하는 기능을 수행합니다. 이 막단백질은 칼슘 신호 전달 경로의 새로운 구성 요소로 작용하며, Cyclosporin이 없어도 Cyclophilin B의 역할을 시사합니다.
