Target Information
IL-18은 염증성 사이토카인으로, T 세포의 IFN-γ 생산을 유도합니다. IL-12와 함께 작용할 경우 IL4 의존적 IgE 및 IgG1 생성을 억제하고, B 세포의 IgG2a 생성을 촉진합니다. IL-18 결합 단백질은 IL-18과 상호작용하여 그 생물학적 활성을 음성 조절할 수 있습니다.
