For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CTXL, a cortical thymocyte marker, belongs to the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily, exhibiting characteristics of both antigen-specific receptors and adhesion molecules.
It is a single-pass, type I membrane protein with a signal peptide, an extracellular V-type Ig-like domain, a C2-type Ig-like domain, and a cytoplasmic tail.
CTXL is highly expressed in the stomach, colon, prostate, trachea, and thyroid gland, with lower expression in bladder and lung tissues. It is not expressed in the thymus.
CTXL may play a role in thymocyte selection and localizes to junctional complexes between endothelial and epithelial cells, suggesting involvement in cell-cell adhesion and leukocyte transmigration.
