Invitrogen™ pLenti6/V5 Directional TOPO™ Cloning Kit

The pLenti6/V5 Directional TOPO™ Cloning Kit contains the TOPO™-adapted ViraPower™ lentiviral expression vector, pLenti6/V5-D-TOPO™, designed for rapid PCR-based cloning and high-level expression of a target gene in both dividing and non-dividing mammalian cells.
The vector utilizes the CMV promoter for constitutive expression and includes a blasticidin selection marker for stable selection in mammalian cells.
