Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PDLIM5 may play an important role in heart development by scaffolding PKC to the Z-disk region and regulating cardiomyocyte expansion. Overexpression promotes cardiac hypertrophy development. It also contributes to dendritic spine morphogenesis in neurons and may restrain postsynaptic growth of excitatory synapses.
