Target Information
Hepatoma-derived growth factor-related protein 2 (HDGFRP2)는 HDGF 관련 단백질 1–4 및 lens epithelial derived growth factor (LEDGF)를 포함하는 단백질 패밀리의 구성원으로, 아미노 말단의 hath 영역에서 높은 상동성을 보입니다. HDGFRP2의 역할은 아직 명확히 알려지지 않았지만, LEDGF와 유사하게 HIV-1 integrase에 결합하여 in vitro에서 HIV-1 integrase 활성을 자극할 수 있습니다.
