Target Information
KLRB1 (Killer cell lectin like receptor subfamily B, member 1, CD161) 단백질은 외부 C 말단을 가진 type II 막 단백질로 분류됩니다. 이 항원은 거의 모든 NK 세포와 일부 CD3 양성 T 세포에서 발현됩니다. KLRB1은 40–44 kDa 크기의 두 사슬로 구성된 호모다이머성 세포 표면 단백질이며, NK 세포의 억제 기능을 담당합니다. 활성화 시 acid sphingomyelinase/SMPD1 자극, 세라마이드 증가, AKT1/PKB 및 RPS6KA1/RSK1 인산화 효소 활성화, T 세포 증식 유도 등의 역할을 합니다. 또한 Gal-α(1,3)Gal 및 N-acetyllactosamine 말단 탄수화물에 결합하는 렉틴으로 작용하며, CLEC2D/LLT1과 결합하여 NK 세포 매개 세포독성과 IFN-γ 분비를 억제합니다. KLRB1 단백질은 C-type lectin 특유의 모티프를 가진 세포외 도메인, 막관통 도메인, 세포질 도메인으로 구성되어 있습니다.
