Product Specific Information

  • Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
  • For formalin-fixed tissues, heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 min at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 min.

PMEPA1/TMEPAI 유전자는 Smad 상호작용 모티프(SIM)를 포함하는 막단백질을 암호화합니다.
이 유전자의 발현은 안드로겐과 TGF-β에 의해 유도되며, Smad 단백질과의 상호작용을 통해 안드로겐 수용체 및 TGF-β 신호 전달 경로를 억제합니다.
과발현은 여러 암 유형에서 역할을 할 수 있으며, 다양한 스플라이싱 변이체가 보고되었습니다.
