Target Information

ROCK2, the predominant ROCK isoform in skeletal muscle, is an important regulator downstream of Rho GTPases.
It regulates cytokinesis, smooth muscle contraction, actin stress fiber and focal adhesion formation, and activation of the c-fos serum response element.
ROCK2 is an isozyme of ROCK1 and a target for the small GTPase Rho.
