Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended product: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
DUSP4 belongs to the dual specificity protein phosphatase subfamily. These enzymes deactivate their target kinases by dephosphorylating both phosphoserine/threonine and phosphotyrosine residues.
They negatively regulate members of the MAP kinase superfamily (MAPK/ERK, SAPK/JNK, p38), which are involved in cellular proliferation and differentiation.
DUSP4 inactivates ERK1, ERK2, and JNK, is expressed in various tissues, and is localized in the nucleus.
