Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis:
Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset (100%); Rabbit (89%); Dog, Elephant, Panda, Horse (84%).
For IHC(P), use proteinase K antigen retrieval.
After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
Target Information
ETL is a novel seven-transmembrane receptor belonging to the secretin family of G-protein-coupled peptide hormone receptors and the EGF-TM7 subfamily.
It is the first seven-transmembrane receptor containing EGF-like repeats that is developmentally regulated in the heart.
